Acro I and II

A class for 5-9 year olds & 10+ who love to dance and tumble. Mixed levels will be accommodated and age appropriate: stretch, strengthen, tumbling and regular classes will be taught. A great compliment to our company program or great on its own. 

Ballet/Creative Movement Program

This is an effective, safe, progressive and developmentally appropriate dance program, for ages 3-5.5, involving creative movement to beginning ballet. These curriculums combine the healthiest practices for teaching children ballet technique while simultaneously encouraging pretend play amongst the youngest student to maintain a positive and fun environment. Students will acquire motor, cognitive and social skills beneficial for later life roles; including that of an adult dancer.

Ballet Technique

Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms and will maximize technique and longevity in a career of dance. It provides grace, poise and the technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will assist dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline & self-confidence. 

Hip Hop

Hip Hop incorporates a variety of old and new urban dance styles. The dancing represents body movements that go with the beat and rhythm of Hip Hop music. Hip Hop dancing is very dynamic and helps the dancers improve flexibility, develop body balance and coordination. 

Jazz Dance Combo

Dancers will learn many aspects of the style of Jazz dance. We will cover basics as well as proper dance technique so each dancer can increase their personal potential. We will spend a couple of weeks exploring Jazz Funk (a blend of Jazz and Hip Hop) as well as Lyrical Jazz (a blend of Jazz and Ballet). The class will delve into improvisation so each dancer can release their inner artist. We will be accommodating mixed levels; from the beginner student all the way to the advanced dancer. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and level. 

Pre-Pointe

These classes are offered to Ballet students who are not yet en pointe in order to further develop and strengthen the muscles necessary to go en pointe. Pre-Pointe classes stress the correct alignment and correct classical ballet technique. Pre-Pointe classes also allow teachers to assess readiness, offering an atmosphere for proper evaluation of important skills. 

Pointe

Designed for students with previous Ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned Ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles. 

Pre-Teen 

A class for 8-12 year olds to learn a variety of dance styles.

Tap, Ballet, Jazz and Hip-Hop. Class length: 45 minutes

Shake, Tumble & Roll (Pre-Acro)

Have fun upside down and dance your heart out. A class for preschoolers (Ages 3-5) to learn basic dance and tumbling. Class performs in an annual recital in June and 1 costume is expected.  Class length: 1 hour

Zumba

A dance fitness class incorporating Latin and International dance rhythms into one fun dance party.

Class length: 1 hour

Zumba Kids Jr. 

Kids 4-6 years old* get the chance to jam out to their favorite music during a rockin', high-energy dance party. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration. Classes build teamwork, confidence & cultural awareness while promoting a healthy lifestyle at a young age. 

Class length: 45 minutes

*Zumba is very strict that the kids must be at least 4 yrs old to participate in this class.
